All rights not specifically granted are reserved. However, we do grant you permission to view and print the pages of this Website for your personal use and/or for the purpose of evaluating Zagorin O'Brien & Graham LLP as potential intellectual property counsel for your organization.  Policy on eMail Communications

You may contact us by eMail regarding possible representation. However, you should not send us any information that you consider to be confidential or sensitive. As a non-client, it would be unreasonable for you to expect that any unsolicited information you send us be maintained in confidence. Until and unless we agree to represent you, you should interact with us assuming that we represent a direct competitor or an adversary in current legal proceedings (which we may). Furthermore, you should be aware that, as a practical matter, security of eMail is uncertain and that by using eMail you accept all risks associated with disclosure and possible loss of confidentiality.

We cannot represent you except as described below (see Formation of an Attorney-Client Relationship). However, if you are a current client of Zagorin O'Brien & Graham LLP, and if you communicate with us via eMail concerning a matter in which we already represent you, you should be aware that, as a practical matter, security of eMail is uncertain. We can provide our clients with encryption keys for more secure communications with our attorneys. Please contact us for more information.

Nothing herein should be construed to suggest that any particular communication (whether or not encrypted) constitutes a waiver of privilege.

 Formation of an Attorney-Client Relationship

We are not your attorneys and you are not our client until we both agree to form such a relationship. Please understand that we already represent other clients. We therefore must determine that any new representation is compatible with our duties to our existing clients and with the ethics rules that govern our profession.

After we have determined whether we can represent you, we will jointly decide whether or not to actually engage in such representation. We require a signed Agreement for Legal Services for any representation. We may also require a retainer.
